We just bought our third car from Ciocca, working with Phil Young as always. I used to spend several weeks buying a car. I'd search the internet, check all the websites, check blue book values and deale Phil Young as always. I used to spend several weeks buying a car. Then I'd make numerous visits all over the area, driving to Harrisburg, York, Lancaster, wherever there was a car that might work out for us to test drive and bargain. Now I just call Phil. I trust him and he makes buying a car easy. He considers our budget and our needs and comes through with choices that fit our needs at a fair price. With a kid in college, we've been buying used to keep payments down. Every car Phil has sold us has been in excellent condition. When it sells a used car, Ciocca goes over each vehicle and fixes what needs to be fixed, and they fully detail the car. The last time I drove used Hondas at another dealer every one of them had an issue. But never at Ciocca. We just bought a car and although everything else was in almost new condition (the car just had 35,000 miles on it) the tires were a bit worn. They put four top-of-the-line tires on the car without our asking. I was actually a bit surprised when I saw the tires, expecting a mid-range quality tire when I heard they were replacing them. I doubt many other dealers would have done this, and I'm sure some would have put the cheapest new tires on to save a few bucks. My wife absolutely loves the car, and I'm sure the price was fair, the trade in-price was fair, and the overall treatment we received from all the staff was excellent. Phil has made the car shopping experience a much better one for us, and we can't imagine going anywhere else in the future. More

I also appreciated not being pressured to buy more in terms of car accessories, warranties or financing options.
