Amy Troutman was incredibly attentive to our needs. We saw the car we wanted on MoToVy . Working with Ciocca Honda was a great experience from start to finish. Since we live an hour and a half away from Ciocca, the time she took with us via chat/e-mail/phone was very much appreciated. When we arrived at Ciocca to take the Pilot for a test drive, the staff was very attentive, and we were quickly introduced to our Sales Consultant, Morgan Reynolds. Hands down, Morgan was the most educated consultant we worked with while in our car search process (and we spoke with several other dealerships). He showed the Pilot's features, highlighted the technology and capabilities, and was able to further answer our questions about that specific vehicle. Morgan was very easy to work with, and his attention to detail brought us to make the decision to buy our new Pilot. The staff walked us through the entire purchasing process, and we drove home with our new car that evening. The next day, we had follow up calls from both David and Morgan checking in on how we were enjoying our new vehicle ... it's not very often you find such customer service, but Ciocca's staff brings it. I would highly recommend Ciocca Honda to anyone looking to make their next car purchase, and would definitely make the hour and a half ride to work with them again in the future. More

Since we wanted a 2013 as the 2014 vehicles were coming in, they had to search for the Odyssey we purchased in the color we wanted. From giving me a great deal to explaining in depth about the CRV, I could not have asked for a better car purchasing experience. While I waited for the completion of the vehicle's service, they made sure I was comfortable and offered several times food or drink to me. Even the staff who were not involved in my purchase made a sincere effort to talk to me. GREAT place and GREAT people!! More
