The day I test drove the van it was bitterly cold, Joe brought the vehicle into the service area, warmed it up and brought us coffee. During the test drive he introduced us to heated seats, this was the selling point for my wife. He even ensured I knew where the spare tire was, since this model year it had moved to the center of the van passenger area. I received a sound trade in value for my used vehicle and a fair price(comparable with Edmunds) for the 2011 vehicle I purchased. The dealership provided a complete CarFax report, reviewed their extensive quality checklist, included a prorated 7yr/100k warranty with 12 months of scheduled maintenance(oil changes). As I worked with the dealership's warranty and financial officers, the manager ensured I was satisfied with the experience. I will be a repeat customer in the years to come, the staff is knowledgeable and straightforward, with no sales gimmicks. More

He showed the CR-V’s features, highlighted the technology and capabilities and was able to further answer our questions about the CR-V. Greg was easy to work with and his attention to detail brought us to make the decision to buy our new CR-V. We decided to take our car home after some options were added in two days. The day we went to pick it up and waited for the completion of the vehicle’s delivery service everyone made sure we were comfortable and several times offered food or drink to us. Even the staff who were not involved in our purchase made a sincere effort to talk to us. GREAT place and GREAT people. The entire team that helped us were professional and friendly.
