The price was very reasonable compared to our research. Very fair. No hidden cost. Phil provided very detailed information and showed all the features of the vehicle. It was our first visit to this dealer, and we made the purchase the same day. After the purchase, he called me three times to update me regarding the status of the accessories we purchased which had to be shipped from the manufacturer. If I may add one area for improvement for this dealer, i would hope the financing officer would be more straightforward. But as a whole, it was a great experience.
