I needed a reliable car that could take me to work in all weather conditions. I was having a hard time finding a car that I liked in my price range, a car that had good mileage, and could handle almost any weather condition... until my uncle bought a car from Phil and recommended him to me. Due to working full time as a nurse and attending school part time it was hard for me to work with Phil face to face. Phil was very accommodating by working with me on the phone outside office hours, patient because I was very picky about the price and generous by adding extra accessories to my new 2014 Honda CRV. After my purchase Phil continued to ensure that my needs where met with my Honda CRV. My family and I will continue to work with Phil in the future and continue to recommend Phil to anyone who is interested in buying a car. On another note Tony Kertulis was very rude and unprofessional. My father and I tired to make small talk but he disregarded us for whatever reason. He gave the impression that he was not interested in making us new customers in we were wasting his time and he really didn't care for his job. He gave us no friendly welcoming introduction what so ever, no eye contact when he was giving his lecture about the "Gap insurance", and his responses were very arrogant when answering our questions. Tony Kertulis was not a good representation of Ciocca Honda, so please don't let him deter you from getting a great Honda deal from Phil. Tony could not sell a mint chocolate chip ice cream cone on a hot summer day. More
So, my wife and I used to have a small 4 door car. Fast forward a couple years, add two kids and it's time to get a SUV. We did some research online and looked at a few automobiles. Enter Ciocca Honda and forward a couple years, add two kids and it's time to get a SUV. We did some research online and looked at a few automobiles. Enter Ciocca Honda and Ed King. I, personally, have never bought a car at a dealership or had a car payment before. I always paid cash. My wife however, has had a few negative experiences with pushy sales people and car dealerships in general. We originally wanted to look at a Jeep Liberty that had just come into the dealership as a trade in, unfortunately that car ended up having some engine problems and wouldn't have been a good long term solution for a family of four. Ed drove the Jeep Cherokee we ended up buying to my house at 9 am on a Saturday so my wife and I could test drive it. I was under the impression that this type of quality sales work died out sometime after the invention of the internet, "Have you been online to check out our inventory?" has replaced, "Let me go get that so you can take a look at it." As a person who works in the customer service industry, this went a long way towards our decision to buy from Ed. Through out the entire car buying process he was nothing but helpful and friendly and at the very least tolerant of our 3 year old and 10 month old running riot in his work space and leaving dirty hand prints all over his glass walls. These traits were not limited to just Ed, as the entire staff was very friendly as well. Their finance department came in with a reasonable monthly payment well inside our budget on they very reasonably priced Jeep we bought. I feel very satisfied with this purchase as well as the over all experience of buying from Ed and Ciocca Honda. I will be recommending them and Ed King to my family and friends. More
Nick Cook was very courteous and answered all the questions that I had about the used 2009 Chevy Cobalt LT that I purchased. The only thing that could of been better would be a fully functionally key questions that I had about the used 2009 Chevy Cobalt LT that I purchased. The only thing that could of been better would be a fully functionally key FOB and extra key, but for the price and over all quality of the vehicle it was a minor thing. The fact that the dealership had coffee and other refreshments was a nice touch and the staff were helpful in communicating with USAA about the financing end of the purchase. More
My sister and I came across Ciocca Honda while searching Autotrader.com for a "lightly used" Atomic Orange C6 Corvette. The car was exactly what we were looking for, and while not local to us, was still lo Autotrader.com for a "lightly used" Atomic Orange C6 Corvette. The car was exactly what we were looking for, and while not local to us, was still located within our home state of Pennsylvania. I began correspondence with Stephanie Yamasaki, and then worked with Sean Solomon, Mark Shellenberger, Andrew Wallett, and David J. to negotiate and complete the purchasing aspects of buying this vehicle. I have personally purchased numerous vehicles myself, and while I've been fortunate to have good buying experiences, I must say that EVERYONE at Ciocca Honda made us very welcome - and this was definitely one of my best buying experiences ever! Everything from phone and email communications prior to the sale, along with the actual dealership activities were top-notch! I honestly was a little nervous committing to purchase a car "sight unseen" from 250 miles away, but the car was exactly as described in the advertising (actually it was better), and there were no surprises at all. The car was ready to go when we arrived, and our transaction was handled promptly and professionally. Even though the 2007 Chevrolet Corvette was not a brand sold new at this dealership, there was an incredible amount of pride displayed by the entire team in preparing, presenting, and delivering the 'Vette. I can only imagine how they feel about selling one of their Honda vehicles! I really had no idea that our experience would go so well. My sister was the purchaser of the vehicle - which fulfilled a more than 30 year dream of hers to own a Corvette. We truly were fortunate to work with Mark and his team to make this an incredibly special day for her!! Thanks again for a great vehicle and a great experience! More
The engine in my minivan died, but I still owed a bit of money on it meaning I had negative equity. I went into the dealership and talked to Joe Barone and explained my situation. He told me he would do eve money on it meaning I had negative equity. I went into the dealership and talked to Joe Barone and explained my situation. He told me he would do everything he could to get me a new vehicle within my budget. After a couple of hours I drove home in a new Civic. I could not believe how hard everyone worked to get me a car. I greatly appreciate everything they did for me. More
We met Mark Shellenberger at the auto show while looking for a new car. We were very impressed by his knowledge of the Honda Accord, which we were considering. He took the time to answer all of our questi for a new car. We were very impressed by his knowledge of the Honda Accord, which we were considering. Having just graduated college, I was ready to start 'adult' life. However, I didn't realize how hard one of the first stepping stones was aka purchasing a car. All I knew was that I wanted to get a 'adult' life. However, I didn't realize how hard one of the first stepping stones was aka purchasing a car. All I knew was that I wanted to get a Honda. I wasn't sure of the accessories, exterior/interior color, model, and the list goes on. This was a car that I was going to be driving everyday, and I wanted to feel like the car was an extension of myself. However, with all the choices (in terms of models available, financing options, and budget), it isn't like I could just pick up my dream car. I narrowed it down to a Crosstour or a CR-V, but even picking between those two was very difficult to do by myself. That's where Ciocca came in. Walking in the first time, I was greeted by Phil Young. I came in just to look at CR-V colors, but from the way that Phil was explaining to me what exterior/interior color combinations work best, I could tell that he was there to really help me find a car that I would be comfortable in. I came in two more times (with my dad), and they were able to answer all of his questions in terms of financing and registration (my dad will ask the same question 10 different ways to make sure of things). Phil and David (from Finance) were very patient and helpful. At Ciocca, I didn't feel like "another sale". Everyone I interacted with from the internet chatroom to the actual dealership, I didn't feel "lost" in making a car purchase. I felt confident that I made the right choice, and Ciocca helped me make those right choices. Thanks! ------------------------- Customer Service: As soon as you walk in the door, someone will guide you to the right person that you should be speaking to. They answer all questions thoroughly and don't mind explaining things a few times to make sure the customer understands everything. Quality of Work: Phil was very quick to update me on anything. He was also very quick to respond to my phone calls. The garage did a fantastic job of putting all the accessories in the car. When I drove it for the first time, I really did think it was too good to be true driving something so smooth. Friendliness, Overall Experience: Look Above Price: It's a great feeling going to a dealership and not feeling like you got tricked. I'd rate Ciocca a 10 on a 5-point scale if I could. More
Went out of their way to get me the financing and monthly payment I could afford. Very friendly. Installed a sunroof into the vehicle I could afford, at no cost to me, so that it met with what I asked for. payment I could afford. Very friendly.
