Phil Young was our sales person who made us very comfortable. He treated me as a prospective buyer even though I'm a single woman.He allowed me to test drive a new Civic. He was very knowledgeable about each vehicle. Although I could not afford the 2014 Civic, he worked within my budget and I am now a happy owner of a 2012 Honda accord. We were offered refreshments, were greeted at the door in a sincere, friendly fashion and met a very nice young man ,Brian Rodas, whom we worked with in selecting our vehicle. We had been eyeing the CR-V for some time. There are so many on the road that we felt that spoke highly of the model. After the test ride,Brian led us on a quick tour of the facility and introduced us to the various folks in each area. Again,all were Friendly. We made a great deal with Andrew and Brian and look forward to a long mutually satisfying experience with Ciocca Honda and the crew. As a quick aside, we were very impressed with Brian, who, as a full-time student, also works a full schedule on the sales floor. We believe he will go far. Honda in general, and Ciocca in paticular, should be proud that they have attracted such an addition to their business. More

GREAT EXPERIENCE From the time I stepped through the door and eventually picked up my 2015 Honda Fit, everyone was especially welcoming and helpful. Apparently, the Fit is extremely popular and in high demand as there were no such vehicles on the lot. I pretty much knew what I wanted, but had never seen the 2015 in person, let alone sit in it. Ed King, my salesman, however sat down with me and discussed the various details of the car and went over the various custom items I wanted on my car. I had no idea how long it would take for my car to be delivered but Ed assured me he would call me as soon as one arrived. Well, lo and behold, in 2 weeks I got my phone call! I didn't think I'd get my car until at least November. The day I picked up my car, everyone in the dealership was excited for me. Ed took me to my car and OH MY! How it did shine and sparkle! And I never saw tires so black and shinny! Ed showed me many of the features inside the car and showd me how to move the "magic" seats. There is still so much the car can do that I will explore over the next several weeks. I love, love, love driving my Fit! I definitely made the right decision to go to Ciocca. And I couldn't have asked for a nicer salesperson. I will recommend this dealership to others. (I'm expecting my service visits to be as pleasant as this encounter was!) JED More

As soon as I arrived Mark Shellenberger introduced himself and began to help me with my purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and explained in detail all of its features. We went on a test drive and then sat down to do the paper work. It was that easy!! Tony Kertulis was the finance manager who processed my financing and he have me a great deal with the extended warranty. All in all I have to say the entire experience was refreshing after having gone to a few "used car lots". They didn't try to pressure sell me and or nickel and dime me, it was great. I would recommend anyone in the market for a new or certified used Honda, or any used car for that matter, to visit Ciocca Honda.
