Amazing place, great customer service, great deals I recently went to Ciocca Honda to purchase a certified used 2011 Honda Accord Ex. As soon as I arrived Mark Shellenberger introduced himself and bega I recently went to Ciocca Honda to purchase a certified used 2011 Honda Accord Ex. As soon as I arrived Mark Shellenberger introduced himself and began to help me with my purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and explained in detail all of its features. We went on a test drive and then sat down to do the paper work. It was that easy!! Tony Kertulis was the finance manager who processed my financing and he have me a great deal with the extended warranty. All in all I have to say the entire experience was refreshing after having gone to a few "used car lots". They didn't try to pressure sell me and or nickel and dime me, it was great. I would recommend anyone in the market for a new or certified used Honda, or any used car for that matter, to visit Ciocca Honda. NC Si We traveled from NC for my Civic Si. Suzy was great & made us feel appreciated. When we pulled up to the dealership Ed greeted us at the rental car & We traveled from NC for my Civic Si. Suzy was great & made us feel appreciated. When we pulled up to the dealership Ed greeted us at the rental car & opened the door for me. We had never met up to this point & right away we felt welcomed. Ed went over my Si & showed me things I didn't know & I thought I knew it all. Although I was with my dad, Ed spoke directly to me professionally & treated me with respect. He ensured my dad knew the car was one of the safest on the road which was important to my dad. Even though they knew we were from NC & likely wouldn't be back in PA they made us feel welcome and appreciated. About a week after getting home I received a thank you card from Ed. Who does that? My family was impressed. My dad said in all the years of him buying cars or anything, he was never treated so well. Ciocca Honda was worth the trip! I love my Si! More
