Well, for starters our rep did not tell us or go over with us about the fact that you can have extra insurance on your vehicle and we did not find out until we already had the printed check. we were unab with us about the fact that you can have extra insurance on your vehicle and we did not find out until we already had the printed check. we were unable to buy more of the insurance protections because we were not ready to make an additional investment and were not allowed to buy it at another time. So its pretty hard to go get more money for such a thing at 730 at night when the banks are closed. Then they placed the wrong license plate on the vehicle. They were also very uninformed about the vehicle and had to be corrected on most of the features and equipment. The worst part was the insurance it would have been great to have but unfortunately we were not allowed to come back another day with more cash and could not purchase enough on a credit card because they said they could only accept so much. It is very difficult to deal with that. No actions at all were taken to accommodate their mistakes. More

Ciocca Honda and Megan Barto did an excellent job at providing great service and an appealing price for my new 2012 Honda Civic. I simply walked in with the mind set of just test driving a Civic, even t providing great service and an appealing price for my new 2012 Honda Civic. I simply walked in with the mind set of just test driving a Civic, even though I planned on buying one in the next few days. Megan was outgoing and enthusiastic about meeting with me one-on-one and giving me her undivided attention. Her knowledge on the vehicle and safety features was perfect. Not once did she mention money or pressure me into buying the car. After driving the car and working with Megan, I was ready to buy. I mentioned the price I wanted to pay and Ciocca came back with even better offer. No haggling, NO STRESS and easy financing had me walking out with a brand new 2012 Honda Civic. This was a piece of cake compared to what I experienced at Bobby Rahal Honda. I walked in wanting to test drive and they wanted to talk money first. More

The salesman is reasonably good. However, his manager is a crook, so is the financial manager. After settle the new car price and sign the purchase agreement, I was sent to the financial manager Mr. Wall a crook, so is the financial manager. After settle the new car price and sign the purchase agreement, I was sent to the financial manager Mr. Wallett in a small room. Mr. Wallett told me that there are microphone and camera on the ceiling, all our talks are recorded. (Am I a criminal in the interrogation room?) Then he tried to sell me the two years extended warranty for $1925 (Hey, I am buying a Honda which you are so proud of, why do I need this warranty?) Of cause, I refuse to purchase. He became very angry and threw a paper in front of me and asked me to sign it, saying it is the law I have to sign it, otherwise I might sue them for not offering me this opportunity to waste my money. Of cause I refuse to sign this ridiculous paper. Then he was furiously brought the sales manager into the small room. The sale manager threw me another paper and asks me to sign and telling me it is the law that I have to sign. I asked him: by which law? Federal law or state law? Show me the law!! By this point they withdrew and went out to prepare the car I purchased. They were playing the psychological games to put a pressure on me, I hate it. More

From the time we made our first phone call and later email responses with Brian Thomas, I knew my son was on track to buy his Honda Fit with Ciocca Honda. Brian persisted, answered our questions and set us up with an appointment. When we walked into the showroom, We were met by Devan Bradley and his bright smile. Devan has style and is very knowledgeable on the details of the car we had in mind. My son Philip was excited about the Fit, and Devan was great giving him pointers on his Test Drive.
