Ciocca Honda of Harrisburg

I bought a pre-owned Honda from them and they slammed me with a premium extended warranty that cost $1600 without discussing it with me, let alone asking me if I wanted it. They didn't even discuss the standard warranty with me. I found the charge on my contract the following morning when I reviewed my contract. I demanded they cancel it without the cancellation fees. When they did, my monthly payment dropped $35, making me realize the initial monthly payment they quoted included this warranty. They claimed it was a miscommunication between myself and another employee who was not present to defend himself. This is absolutely not true due to it being included before I even agreed to buy the car. They are flat out crooks. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, will not take my car there for service, or buy another car from them. More

Very customer centric. Great prices. I knocked quality of work from excellent to good because there was an issue with the trim they out on, but they are taking care of that issue. So I went home ,but really like one of the SUV,s I drove. The next few weeks went buy and was still out looking and let me tell you the service I encounted was very different from Ciccoca Honda, and it was like the the other dealerships just wanted to please themselves not you and when I said I was just out looking then some acted like I wasn't there or didn't care because I wasn't buying that day. so I went back to get the SUV right away..and to think I wasn't going to buy until Aug and now it's only the begging of july!!! I got a great deal here and I am very,very happy with the SUV and the great service I got from the sales person and other personal. Thank you for great service !!! More
