The presentation of the extended warranty which included an illustration/chart being drawn as it was being explained was too long and the graphics were not necessary. Also agree that we felt rushed after we declined the extended warranty. This was even more apparent after we left the dealership and were notified that there had been several things that had been omitted/had to be corrected on the paperwork. Having said that, the issues were resolved quickly (thanks to Tony helping us out) and everyone was very friendly throughout the process. More

Morgan was extremely professional and thorough, and went above and beyond to stay in contact with us throughout the process. He never once made us feel pressured or swindled (as so many other car dealerships had!). He has been excellent in following up with us on our post-purchase needs as well. On top of everything, he has a great sense of humor and was a lot of fun to work with! Hopefully we don't need a new vehicle again any time soon, but if we do, we will definitely visit Ciocca - and ask for Morgan! More
