Definitely two thumbs up for this dealership and the people that I worked with. This deal was completed nearly entirely online, and Stephanie was very attentive to emails, working out pricing and deliv people that I worked with. Once the price and other details were settled, Mr. Young delivered the car to my home and we completed paperwork there. While all of this was pretty impressive, the *best* part of the deal was the amazing front-to-back, top-to-bottom orientation to my new car. He covered each feature of the car in amazing detail and answered several questions with clear expertise in the product. I have purchased many cars, but have never received this amount of orientation to a new car. The more he told me, the more I liked my new ride :-) The loss of one star for "quality of work" was due to two small errors, neither particularly serious, and NOT at all related to Mr. Young or Ms. Yamasaki. Ciocca Honda has promised to ship missing accessories to my home, so no harm done. An excellent, five-star experience all the way. More

The last two times I have leased two vehicles at once - an Accord and a Civic, and It was amazing to me how Joe could sense what type of car I would like best, and then come up with a way to work it into the budget I had set for myself. The service department is just as helpful, and I really do feel like a VIP any time I walk through their doors. I highly recommend Ciocca to anyone considering a Honda, and especially Joe Barone! More
