This is the third time working with the folks at Ciocca to lease vehicles, and my second time working with Joe Barone. The customer service here is outstanding. The last two times I have leased two vehicles at once - an Accord and a Civic, and It was amazing to me how Joe could sense what type of car I would like best, and then come up with a way to work it into the budget I had set for myself. After feeling highly discouraged after coming from a competing Honda dealership, I walked into Ciocca Honda and immediately felt a good feeling. When I entered the dealership, I felt I had walked onto a competing Honda dealership, I walked into Ciocca Honda and immediately felt a good feeling. When I entered the dealership, I felt I had walked onto a different planet! Everyone working there greeted you with a warm smile and introduced themselves, even if they weren't involved in selling cars. My father stated, "Sweety, I think you're leaving here with a car today..." and after dealing with the very friendly and humorous Greg Birge, my dad was right. We got the numbers we wanted and the car we wanted, no pressure involved. I felt like Joe Barone and Greg were family members, making sure I was comfortable and happy!
