I received two written quotes for the Ridgeline RT and the Ridgeline RTS. This was via email after my6 initial phone call and the quotes were in long email strings talking about color of the cars and ava the Ridgeline RTS. This was via email after my6 initial phone call and the quotes were in long email strings talking about color of the cars and availability, etc. As I was about to get ready to agree to a deal, all of a sudden there were several phone calls from the staff and then an email from Stephanie that there was a mistake in communication between their staff and really the prices were much higher. This is the ages old bait-and-switch as it relates to price and was not a mistake in my view as surely the sales people know the difference between an RT and a RTS and there were multiple emails that went back and forth after the quote. So, not typos I spoke the manage of the day Matt to let him know what happened and he was pleasant enough but I don't trust these people and would strongly not recommend them and will never do business with them again including Nicola or Aaron or Stephanie More

The vehicle we were looking to replace was a 1997 that we had bought new and has 194,000+ miles. We obviously do not buy new cars that often. He spent a great deal of time with us and was extremely knowledgeable and polite. We spent so much time at the Dealership, that by the time we left with our new car, the dealership was already closed for the day. In all the excitement we had forgot about the second key for the car. About half way home ( Home being about 90 miles away ) when we realized it, we called Phillip and he promised to send the key to us in the mail and a few days later it arrived. We can't say enough about Phillip and how personable he is and would recommend to anyone who reads this if you are looking for a new automobile and want to deal with fine man, give Phillip a call, you will not be disappointed.
