(" ok then thank you better luck next time" ) see when confronted with proof CIOCCA back down like cowards don't offer lowest price if it not true. Ps. I received two written quotes for the Ridgeline RT and the Ridgeline RTS. This was via email after my6 initial phone call and the quotes were in long email strings talking about color of the cars and ava the Ridgeline RTS. This was via email after my6 initial phone call and the quotes were in long email strings talking about color of the cars and availability, etc. As I was about to get ready to agree to a deal, all of a sudden there were several phone calls from the staff and then an email from Stephanie that there was a mistake in communication between their staff and really the prices were much higher. This is the ages old bait-and-switch as it relates to price and was not a mistake in my view as surely the sales people know the difference between an RT and a RTS and there were multiple emails that went back and forth after the quote. So, not typos I spoke the manage of the day Matt to let him know what happened and he was pleasant enough but I don't trust these people and would strongly not recommend them and will never do business with them again including Nicola or Aaron or Stephanie More
