Exceeded My Expectations Brian and Ciocca Ford truly exceeded my expectations. Two days before buying a Suburban at Ciocca, I visted CarVision in Norristown, PA. The Salespe Brian and Ciocca Ford truly exceeded my expectations. Two days before buying a Suburban at Ciocca, I visted CarVision in Norristown, PA. The Salesperson identified a Suburban and I took it to my mechanic for an inspection. This vehicle had about twenty things mechanically wrong and my mechanic told me to take it back quickly. After meeting with Brian and the Sales Manager at Ciocca Ford, they also identified a Surbanban and they also encouraged me to take it to my mechanic. My mechanic immediately told me that he would buy the car, even though the vehicle had four minor challenges. When I shared the minor challenges with Brian, he agreed to immediately fix them. To make a long story short, Brian and Ciocca Ford exceed my expectations because they sold me a vehicle that was in good mechanical shape. The dealership cared enough to prepare the vehicle in tip top shape, where CarVision did not. Brian and Ciocca Ford created a trusting customer for life and I highly recommend this dealership and Brian. They actually care about a quality product. More

Unscheduled Service It was 330 on a Saturday and I heard a flapping noise coming from my F150...I easily saw a large rounded bolt head directly in the middle of my left f It was 330 on a Saturday and I heard a flapping noise coming from my F150...I easily saw a large rounded bolt head directly in the middle of my left front tire tread. I showed up, unannounced, and requested an evaluation for a patch. They eagerly checked me in and advised that it could be patched in the area of the bolt puncture and gave me an estimated time of repair and costs. While I was there, I decided to schedule my 20k mile oil change and check up for the coming week. Just 5 minutes later they came back to the waiting room and said the tire is patched and they still have time if I wanted them to just do the oil change now. I accepted offer and was able to be on my way just after 4 with not just my tire patched but my oil change complete (and off my schedule of to dos for the coming week). Excellent service, over and beyond! More
