BAIT-AND-SWITCH ADVERTISING, THEFT OF SERVICES In response to your reply to my review, the exhaust quieted down once you fixed the leak which means it was inspected by you in that condition prior t In response to your reply to my review, the exhaust quieted down once you fixed the leak which means it was inspected by you in that condition prior to my purchase, the control arm squeaking was noticed during the test drive and your salesman assured me it would be fixed, and the loss of power and shifting trouble was realized by a family mechanic that drove the car soon after the sale. In other words, you sold me these problems but gave me a hard time about fixing the smallest of the problems which I identified. You were stringing me along, trying to not honor the 90-day warranty, which is the only reason I even purchased the car from you. I have since found many customer complaints on social media about the same issue with you not honoring your 90-day used car warranty. YOU STOLE FROM ME AND MY SON. You're lucky that I was kind enough not to report you to the Bucks County Consumer Credit Bureau and the District Attorney for THEFT OF SERVICES as a certified, licensed dealer due to your BAIT-AND-SWITCH ADVERTISING of the premium 19 inch black wheels and rims that I PAID FOR. I have the ad. You gave or sold them to your employee! I saw pictures! That is FRAUD, and you know it. It was brought to Ag's attention after the sale and he told me, "Well you bought it that way." The value of the car was not what I paid for, with the 18 inch alloy wheels and tires that were put on the car in their place. I know I would have had results had I reported you. In addition, your ad also stated there is a clean car fax, which there was not. I should also mention that after about 4 months of being worried about loss of power and shifting problems which Ciocca was fully aware of, and the fear of major transmission issues which the vehicle has a history of with the previous owner starting at 25,000 miles (I have complete reports from the dealership who did the work in 2013 and there were 3 separate repairs), we went back to resolve this issue and exchange the car for something of equal value, and you offered me $16,000 out of the $23,500 purchase price. At this time, ONE OF YOUR SALESMEN GOT IN MY FACE and had to be pulled away from me, which left me no choice but to file a police report. His behavior was uncalled for and was a very upsetting experience for me. You're lucky I did not pursue that either! By the way, I am a small-framed woman, not that it should matter whether I was a man or a woman. So keep talking, trying to convince yourself and everyone else you went above and beyond. We both know better. More

Amazing customer service! I recently bought a 2016 Ford Escape! The car is wonderful but working with Zach was great he did everything positive to make this experience a good o I recently bought a 2016 Ford Escape! The car is wonderful but working with Zach was great he did everything positive to make this experience a good one. He listened to all of our needs and what we were looking to spend. What also was nice with working with Zach we were there on a very busy Saturday with our two month old daughter and he did everything he could to get the process to move quickly for us. He is very personable and checks in with us occasionally to see if everything is going good with our new car! I highly recommend buying a car from Zach because of his outstanding customer service! Confidence in others, Impressed . . . Was never one to to deal with people working on my vehicles for 30+ years. Recently acquired a used 2010 CVPI. Expected it would need some TLC but it Was never one to to deal with people working on my vehicles for 30+ years. Recently acquired a used 2010 CVPI. Expected it would need some TLC but it was nightmare "electrical". I have never owned a Ford that ever needed anything more than basic electrical repairs; bulbs, switches etc. Gave in and scheduled a service appointment. The staff that I spoke to, met and the technicians all were cordial, professional and a pleasure to deal with. My service and repairs were completed quicker then I anticipated and under budget, For what is probably my second time having someone else working on my vehicle. I was extremely pleased with my experience! More

My salesman, Josh, was a great help answering all my questions about performance and care and no pressure to make a purchase.
