I chose to have a Ford designed The purpose of my visit with Ciocca Ford Service of Quakertown was to have a hitch installed on my new 2016 Explorer. I chose to have a Ford designed hitch installed rather than a hitch from a rental company so that it would complement the overall design of the Explorer and not look like an after thought add on. You would not know that there is a hitch installed on the vehicle as it is located behind an easily removed panel in the rear bumper. The workmanship installing the hitch was outstanding. Before I left the Service Department, Michael Kardane, Assistant Service Manager, and the technician made sure that I knew how to access the hitch and install the trailer ball. I have been a Ford customer for decades and this was a first for me. I highly recommend this group if you need similar work done on your vehicle. More
