I was hesitant at first to allow them to replace the tire because dealerships have a reputation of charging more for tires. I was pleasantly surprised when they offered to price match the tire. I received a great deal, and didn't have to take my son's car to several places. I found Michael Minniti to be an extremely fair and honest man of the highest integrity. He takes customer satisfaction to the next level and beyond. I would highly recommend this service center to my friends and family. More

Realignment of wheels I purchased tires and did a wheel alignment about a month ago. I noticed that the steering wheel was not straight even though the vehicle tracked straight down the road. Took the vehicle back and they corrected the steering wheel alignment at no cost. Very satisfied with work even though I had to take a second trip. The service department are extremely friendly and helpful. I would have no issue recommending them to anyone. More

I called Mike on Tuesday and told him exactly what I was looking for and what I could afford. He did just that, he didn't try putting me in something that I couldn't afford to benefit himself. I was signing papers with Mike by 10:00 am the next day! I enjoyed my entire experience at Ciocca Ford, from the moment I walked in the doors I was greeted with a smile and hello from each person I passed. I was told that Greg Ciocca is the owner and I would like him to know what a great team he has working for him and how wonderful it was to work with Mike! Your finance manager Joseph Kane was also nice to work with. I will go back to buy my cars from this dealership every time I need a vehicle. Even if the dealership's prices may be higher than local repair shops, it is more than worth the extra cost to know that Mike Kardane is not only working with you, but working FOR you. I have owned many new cars (including a new Camaro, two new Cadillacs and a new Mercury Grand Marquis- and never did I feel that the dealership "had my back" the way that Mike Kardane makes you feel.
