I set my appointment based explicitly and emphatically on my need for shuttle service. When I arrived, David informed me that the shuttle would not be there for at least another half hour to 40 minutes. I my need for shuttle service. I explained that I couldn’t really afford to be away that long and could the dealership arrange for an Uber. The answer was essentially no. 40 minutes later and still no shuttle, I was left with the decision of whether to make my own way home or to stay in the waiting room. Under the impression that the car needed a few more minutes of service, I decided to stick around. Two hours later, the car was finally ready. Oh yeah, all this time for an oil change. Upon expressing my dissatisfaction with the entire situation, David asked if I am seen right away for a doctor’s appointment. Despite being shocked by the imbecilic analogy, David doubles down and tells me to go enjoy the nice day. After finally arriving home over two hours later, I receive a call from someone named Cameron informing me that the service tech forgot to put the wheel lock back in my vehicle. He went on to tell me that I could pick it up and they were open until 5 o’clock. I replied simply by stating that being that this wasn’t my fault, the dealership can either mail it to me or drop it off. He said he wasn’t sure if he could do that. He insinuated that it was my fault because I drove away so quickly, lol. This, despite paying, and getting the keys from David. Only after demanding to speak with the manager, did Cameron return to the phone and inform me that they would drop off the wheel lock. It’s almost as Ciocca trains service employees to avoid any accountability whatsoever. Everything is someone else’s fault. No apologies no accountability. Terrible experience all around. More
