I spoke with him and he completely blew me off and told me he can not help me with the price. That is an insane price, and a ridiculous amount of hours. That is way above the industry standard and yet Mark refused to adjust the invoice. I guess I am paying for his mechanic's lack of experience with doing this job? 21 hours to change a water pump, that is the kind of experience you are dealing with if you bring your car here. Mark said there is nothing he can or will do for me. Too bad. My college aged son has just learned a very expensive lesson. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Calling Lincoln HQ in the meantime while waiting for call from the general manager. Happy to update this review with results, if anything changes. Hopefully, the GM will call me. More

You always get a feeling of being ripped off at Ciocca. More
