I have been dealing with Ditschman Ford since 2004 and have always walked away extremely pleased with every aspect of their company. I feel very comfortable dealing with the salesperson, Joe Chester, who is thorough, honest, and does not apply any high pressure tactics to convince me to spend more money than I want to. This time I was trading in my old 2008 Escape and wanted to lower my monthly payments and needed to downsize. Joe recommended looking at a 4 cylinder to save money on gas and also cloth interior. I decided on going with thois recommendation and am paying $27 less per month and only put down a $500 deposit. This proved to be a very positive experience thanks to Joe listening to my goals. More
From the moment i walked into the dealership, I was treated like a VIP. I felt very comfortable with the people and never felt any pressure. We've been buying new cars at Ditschman Flemington Ford for 21 years; the first being a 1989 Sable Wagon, and the latest a 2012 Focus. This will be the fourth Focus, two Rangers, three Taurus', etc. I do for 21 years; the first being a 1989 Sable Wagon, and the latest a 2012 Focus. This will be the fourth Focus, two Rangers, three Taurus', etc. I do not shop or cost compare anymore becuae I know that we are getting the best "deal" at Flemington. The owner Mr. Kalafer is approachable, sits on the showroom floor, and always takes the time if you need to talk to him, on any matter. All sales people are team players, and you know a customer is number one in their viewpoint. The service department under Bob Hoffman is also a selling point for the dealership. They are the best, the friendliest, but are still professional and all have the expertise to manage any situation. This is the only Ford dealer in NJ that deserves our support and sales! More

My only complaint is that the dealership itself does not offer us any special incentives for being such good customers. Tom was a real professional without making me feel like I was dealing with someone that only cared about the sale. He worked with me to get the best price, followed up with me weekly, and promptly notified was dealing with someone that only cared about the sale. Never at any point did I feel I was being tricked into overpaying for anything and never felt uncomfortable with my questions and concerns due to my lack of knowledge.
