When you are purchasing a vehicle that costs so much, you want to know that you are getting accurate information. "Bottom line," I felt comfortable, no pressure. I make up my own mind when I'm ready to buy, not because some saleperson said I should. There is always a better deal some place else, but do you feel comfortable with the people you are dealing with, "case closed." Ditschman salesperson, Mark Schmaling, was informative and personable as he tried to answer any questions or concerns that I had. I felt that if for any reason I need to call upon Mark, concerning the 2012 Ford Focus, he,ll be there to answer any future questions or concerns I may have or at least be able to find satisfactory answers. Before I drove the car off the lot, Mark went over each of the features to be sure I understood what it did and why it did it. Thanks Mark, a job well done. The finance part was simple and no pressure. Other dealerships had pressured me into signing up for the "extras" that are the usual; window treatments, carpet protection, etc. It was a relief when I found that this was not the case here with Kevin.
