This was the best experience I ever had on purchasing a new vehicle. Actually, I've never had any good experiences. The day was miserable - snowstorm in October - but we planned on purchasing a new or use new vehicle. Actually, I've never had any good experiences. We went to look at a used but when we looked at the new one Tom found hot off the truck I had to have it. Unfortunately the vehicle needed to be prepped so we were there all day but Tom kept us posted and made us feel right at home as well as everyone at the dealership. I would have no hesitation on recommending them to others. Tom was extremely knowledgeable about the car and although I probably didn't show it at the time concerned with driving a new car home in the snow but the All Shell Drive was phenominal and I am ecstatic about the car (2012 Ford Fusion) and absolutely love it.
