Unfortunately the vehicle needed to be prepped so we were there all day but Tom kept us posted and made us feel right at home as well as everyone at the dealership. Tom was extremely knowledgeable about the car and although I probably didn't show it at the time concerned with driving a new car home in the snow but the All Shell Drive was phenominal and I am ecstatic about the car (2012 Ford Fusion) and absolutely love it. The staff at Ditschman / Flemington Ford are great.
