He closed out my old lease and had me driving out of the dealership in a new 2012 Explorer in 3 1/2 hours. After thinking I left a piece of personal property in my old car, I called Kevin and he searched my car for a 1/2 hour. His knowledge of the vehicle was immeasurable.
