Scott Day knew i was in the market for a new truck and suggested that my husband and I visit Ditschman/Flemington Ford; he assisted me in setting up an appointment with Chris Messina. I was able to test drive an F-150 (which is the vehicle i purchased) that afternoon and was also offered what I consider a very satisfactory price for the trade in of my old truck. I made an appointment for the following week to finalize the purchase. When my husband and I arrived we met with Chris again, then met with Jeff Cramer to actually sign all the pertinent documents and arrange for the additional services in which I was interested. Jeff was patient with all the questions and answered everything completely and to my satisfaction. Once that was completed and all papers dealt with we again met with Chris who gave me (and my husband) a final demonstration of all the lovely new features of my lovely new truck!
