This was the second time I leased a vehicle at Ditschman Ford and worked with Chris Messina. Peter Puglia worked with us from our initial Internet inquiry all of the way through delivery of our new Ford Escape. David Hill was great to deal with. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very patient with my (many) questions!! He went over and above to find the Explorer I wanted; when there wasn't one available in stoc friendly, and very patient with my (many) questions!! I can say my experience at Ditschman/Flemington was outstanding from start to finish. I purchased a 2011 Mustang and was treated as if I was part of their family. When I got back to my car everything was perfect and clean, and come to find that they also topped off my tank for me! I couldn't believe the extreme lengths that these wonderful people would go to make sure I was completely satisfied, they are some of the nicest people I have ever met and I would a million times recommend this dealership to any person in my life. My husband and I were extremely impressed with the helpful and courteous staff at Ditschman/Flemington Ford. We did purchase a used Chrysler van....and when we went to finalize the sale we found that helpful and courteous staff at Ditschman/Flemington Ford. We did purchase a used Chrysler van....and when we went to finalize the sale we found that the staff had gone well beyond what was expected of them to 'spruce up' the used car before we took possession. They had scrubbed out a stain on a floor mat, recolored a spot one one of the leather seats and sanded out some paint scratches that we had commented on. All those 'blemishes' were only things we had noted in passing....never expecting them to be a reason not to buy the van. We also had heard a few unfamiliar sounds from the van while taking it for a test drive and the Service Team quickly fixed the problems. The Finance Director was extremely helpful in saving us every dollar that she could, and was very knowledgeable when explaining the ins and outs of extended warranties. Our overall experience with this particular Dealership was fabulous and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car. More
