Fred was very friendly and Knowledgeable about the 2013 fusion that I bought. It is the second fusion I bought from this dealer group and the fourth vehicle I have bought from the Ditschman group and I hav fusion that I bought. I have bought a 1999 mustang cobra a 2001 windstar van a 2007 fusion sel/awd and now the 2013 se fusion. All have been great cars and I expect nothing less from the new one. The only problem I have ever had turned out to be a loose connection on the master cylinder of the 07 which the service department fixed promptly even though I did not have an appointment. I could not ask for more than that. More
