Fantastic experience. Wife and I are very satisfied with the care and consideration shown during to us during our purchase. I had made an internet inquiry on a Ford Escape after some not great experiences w the care and consideration shown during to us during our purchase. I had made an internet inquiry on a Ford Escape after some not great experiences with local dealers and hearing all the positive testimonies on Star 99.1 and in the internet about Flemington Car and Truck Country Family of Dealers. Mark responded almost right away with some price estimates on the vehicle I requested and I arranged to come in with my wife the next day. Mark was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help us make the right decision for us. At no point did we feel pushed or rushed into a decision. We were a bit unsure as to what lease terms to go with, and he took plenty of time to prepare different quotes for us and discuss what works best for us. Once we had made our decision, we met with Britt to go over specific terms and he was great as well. I arranged to pick up the vehicle on the next business day. When I came in, Britt explained everything in detail at signing and got me finished quickly without rushing. Mark took the time to explain all the features of the vehicle (and there were a lot) and had me on my way. Very happy with the whole experience, and I know going forward we will only be dealing with Ditschman/Flemington Ford or another member of Flemington Dealers. After dealing with some shady, pressuring, or disinterested salespeople who wouldn't give us solid quotes or commit to numbers until we committed to the vehicle, it was a breath of fresh air. Thanks! Tom Santangelo was my sales representative after Lauren Kirschner took my email request for a Fusion test drive. I had done considerable research on several brands (Honda, GM, Toyota, Hyundai) prior to test driving the Fusion SE, and it blew me away. Easy to drive, quiet as a church, and so many options that I really didn't need to try anything else....and yes, I know this sounds like a commercial, but it's really not. My buying experience, from a personal level, was about as good as it gets. Tom was gracious, professional, informative, and exerted absolutely zero sales pressure. He knew that if a customer liked the Fusion, that customer would be back. In my case he was spot on! Kevin was the Finance Guy, and he explained everything I needed to know about Ford's after-purchase options clearly and accurately. Tom, Kevin, and Lauren worked well as a team, and I'm pleased with my experience.....a lot! Would I recommend them? Yep! More
