My last car buying experience, I had gone to 3 other car dealers with the intent to purchase a car and came away empty. From the moment online help, Antonia Haddock from Ditschman / Flemington Ford - Lincoln typed " What time can you arrive, we will have the car you interested in outside waiting for you " I new the drive to the dealer was going to be worth the trip. Ed Wood greeted me keys in hand, for the test drive. Ed then explained the purchase process ,Ed then introduced me to Beth Delaney who explained the finance process. Ed and I discussed the Car and that was that. I picked up the car a few days later everyone was friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone interested in purchasing a car check out the people at Ditschman / Flemington Ford Lincoln Car dealership. Even though I live in south Jersey, I visited Ditschman Ford because of the quality service Charlie gave to my son, Ian when he recently purchased his Ford Fusion. I was not disappointed when I first visit Ford because of the quality service Charlie gave to my son, Ian when he recently purchased his Ford Fusion. I was not disappointed when I first visited the dealership and met Charlie. Originally I wanted to purchase a used Fusion and Charlie was so patient with showing me Fusions and even other cars available on the lot. When I did not find the right car on my first visit, Charlie took all the information on my desired car and said he would be able to find just the right car and would be in touch. Of course, I was on the web constantly looking for my new car and even found potential cars at other dealerships. It was my experience with Charlie, his patience and no-pressure attitude, that made me decide that I would wait for his call to purchase my car because of my comfort level in working with Charlie. Charlie called to say that he believed the right car had been found. I went to look at the car the next day but ended up purchasing a new Fusion. It is clear that Charlie really cares and believes in fabulous customer service. Even introducing me to Beth, in finance, was a pleasure. She is also so helpful, patient and caring. Ditschman's customer service is A+ with people like Charlie and Beth. I tell everyone, I know (especially people who ask why I would go to a Ford dealership so far away) how worth it is to go to Ditschman and work with Charlie and Beth. Good Job! More
I had been in and out of several dealerships and dealt with the full gamut of stereotypical car salesmen. I was at the point that I wanted to just forget about the whole idea of trading in my car out of with the full gamut of stereotypical car salesmen. I was at the point that I wanted to just forget about the whole idea of trading in my car out of sheer frustration. Every time, I would either be given some ridiculously low (and insulting) offer for my trade or they would make some lofty promise but refuse to actually show me the numbers and how it all worked out. I left three different dealerships pissed off and frustrated. I told myself that Flemington Ford would be the last dealer I would try and sat down with salesman David Hill. Out of all the cars I've purchased over the years and all the horrible sales people I'd dealt with, David was the FIRST that I actually felt was being upfront and honest with me. He understood what my requirements were and showed me what would work and, just as importantly, what wouldn't. I left the dealership that day surprised that I would be able to get a nicer car than I expected all while lowering my monthly payments. After raving to my wife about the service I received from David Hill we went back the next day and we picked out the specific car we wanted and were able to settle on a price without the usual back and forth BS. Again, David was an absolute pleasure to deal with and both my wife and I agreed that he was far and away the best sales person we've dealt with to date. Generally, I wouldn't (and haven't) bother to write a review but I was genuinely so relieved to feel like I was dealing with an actual person and not a "pitchman", that I felt compelled to leave this. I can wholeheartedly recommend David Hill as not only a great salesman, but as a great person. He is an asset to the dealership and quite frankly, there should be more sales people like him! More

I originally identified the 2013 Boss 302 via AutoTrader and entered my contact information on a Thursday evening, I also accessed the Dealership's webpage for more details about the car. My understanding is Antonia Haddock is the internet manager and she is to be commended on the ease of use of the website. Friday morning I received a phone call from Ray Wesley to discuss the car. He was knowledgable of the Boss 302 and its availability. I indicated my budget contraints and we negoitated a deal that was approximately $3k below retail (I previously researched) for this vehicle as a Certified Pre-Owned Car. We set up an appointment for Saturday 10 AM morning to examine and test drive the car, being a 2.5+ hr drive for me from Maryland he indicated not to fret if I was late, he would hold the car. I must say that Ray was quite tolerant considering I left a message on his answering machine after working hours indicating I couldn't afford the car. He returned my call and was sympathetic and understoon, only for me to leave another message at 11 PM that my math was right the first time and I would still be arriving at 10 AM on Saturday. When I arrived he greeted me promply and showed me the car which was on the showroom floor. It was immaculate, I couldn't believe it had been driven for 1,909 miles over a 4 month period by a previous owner. I indicated I was surprised they had the quantity of high performance cars available (2013 Shebly GT 500, 2013 Roush Mustang, 2012 Boss 302 Mustang & the 2013 Boss Mustang that I was considering purchasing) and he introduced me to their buyer - Joe Pugliese who obviously was very knowledgable about the sports cars. Everything went without a glitch. We took the car out of the showroom for a test drive, returned, and was able to meet my budget contraints with money to spare. I was then intoduced to Beth Delaney in Finance who proceeded to process my loan application. This too went smoothly. She then went over the various optional plans available for the car that included their respective costs (total and impact on monthly PMT). She described each very well, willingly answered my questions thoroughly with no pressure, and did not try to dissuade me from my final selection. Pete Chicarelli - Sales Manager introduced himself and inquired as to my experience in their dealership and I could tell he was sincere. I could also tell through my interactions with other sales persons in the showroom that they take pride in what their about and this is customer satisfaction. As I was approaching my new car to get ready to leave, a gentlemen introduced himself to me as Steve Marx, who manages the department responsible for detailng the cars. He exclaimed it was a beautfiul car and wanted to know how I was going to take care of it. When I told him, he provided information as to proper application and what products to best use to keep the car in pristine condition, both inside and out. I have purchased directly or along with my spouse at least 10 cars or trucks over my lifetime (I'm 58) through Dealers and this was my most pleasant experience. No game playing (i.e., not "Sorry, can't go that low." Then as getting in vehicle ready to leave have the Salesman come running outside, or sometimes calling me at home a day later looking to deal.) they treat the potential buyer with dignity and respect. I'd consider buying another vehicle from Ditschman Flemington Ford - Lincoln even though they are 142 miles away. More
