I cannot say enough about my experience with Ditschman Ford. Lauren was absolutely WONDERFUL! And if she is not there three years from now when I have to turn my leased vehicle in for a new one, I will Ford. Lauren was absolutely WONDERFUL! I realize she was only the Internet sales person, but she stayed with me until the end of the sale and I so appreciated that. Additionally, having your Internet sales person work with you and give prices and negotiate via email made the whole experience a pleasant one. And normally the word pleasant is never used when one is describing the purchase of a new car and dealing with salesmen. No other dealership would discuss or quote prices on email so I chose not to deal with them. Lauren, on the other hand worked with me and we negotiated everything over email. I do hope Ditschman Ford will continue that practice. It certainly makes what is considered a dreadful task by most people an absolutely painless, pleasant experience.
