The major plus for buying here is that, most importantly, we didn't feel pressured, unlike other dealerships in our local area that greet you with desperate measures and call you constantly once you're out the door. Our salesman, Fred Kress, was courteous and professional at all times. He was all business, without going into the small chit-chat. And he knew the workings of our vehicle from top to bottom. On the day we arrived to pick up the Escape, he even let us test ride it first to make sure we felt comfortable with it before signing the papers. And he spent a lot of time showing us the features and how each one works. A lot of the preliminary paperwork was done in advance, and we were even able to get our new license plate before we drove off. We couldn't rave enough about recommending this dealership to others.
