The team worked very hard to get us the vehicle we wanted, for a good price, and most importantly they ensured we were completely satisfied with our entire experience. We did have an issue with getting my wife's cell phone to sync with our new vehicle. Both Kevin and Mark worked with a variety of solutions to ultimately get the problem resolved. They displayed a commitment to customer service that is rarely seen today; to say they went above and beyond the norm is an understatement at best. Finally, Kevin and Mark Schmailing were instrumental in resolving a major concern for my wife. We were having difficulty syncing her cell phone to our new vehicle These gentlemen spent hours trying different solutions to correct this situation. Ultimately,the extra time and effort extended by these employees did resolve the issue and it is service like this that will keep us coming back to this dealership for our cars. Last but certainly not least we wish to extend our appreciation to Chris Callahn for the efforts he extended in securing the best financing rates available for our purchase. Chris did explain the variety of options of programs available to us, and based on his advice and concern, we feel that we obtained the best rates available. A great conclusion to a very positive experience. it is without hesitation that I would recommend Jerry and his team to anyone looking to purchase a new car. I have now purchased 4 vehicles from Ditschman Ford. The dealership is friendly, courteous and fair in their dealings with their customers. They take the time to deliver the car in a way that you know what the car is capable of when you leave the dealership. Chris Messina and Jim O'Brien are the best. They do what they say they will do and if anything changes they let you know promptly. I would not consider purchasing a Ford vehicle anywhere else. The dealership also provides excellent service as well. Overall this dealership ranks with the very best that I have dealt with and I have owned most of the luxury Marques over the past 30 years. My most recent purchase is a 2014 Taurus SHO. Love the car and the buying experience. Got a great deal and looking forward to my next Mustang. More
Walked in and wanted to see what was available on the lot for the Escape. Tom should be and my decision was on 2. Went home talk to my husband and decided on the blue one. Found another on Long Island, but even better was they called the other dealership on my behalf and they agreed to take another from the lot. So I got the car I wanted! Tom went 1 step further on my behalf. Thursday came in with 2 girls (age 7 and 8) they did not care. The agency is a family care car . Drove my new car home, love it so far. More

In 2010 I purchased my most recent car, a Ford Fusion, from this dealership, and I dealt with Kevin. When realizing my bride needed a new vehicle, I returned to the dealership, worked with Jerry and Kevin from this dealership, and I dealt with Kevin. When realizing my bride needed a new vehicle, I returned to the dealership, worked with Jerry and Kevin, and we put my bride in a new car very quickly. We arrived at 10:30am, and with their help, we shopped around for various SUVs and test drove several. Jerry coordinated what would have been a multiple day experience into a few short hours, even recommending a place for lunch where we could discuss our prospects in privacy. When it is time to buy a new Fusion or Edge (what we ultimately bought), I'll be returning to Ditschman to work with Jerry and Kevin again. More
