I had an exceptional experience dealing with Sales & Leasing Consultant, Chris Messina at Ditschman/Flemington Ford / Lincoln in Flemington, NJ. Chris is efficient, sincere, and kind-hearted. Of course dealerships need to make their profits but this dealership works with the customers so it’s possible for them to “make it happen”. My family has gone to another dealership for 5 vehicles and we’ve never experienced such an efficient Sales Consultant or Dealership. I also worked with Finance Manager Kevin Hayden and of course signing a ton of papers is everyone’s least favorite part, however, Kevin was pleasant to work with and made the process seamless. Thank you guys! Forget the 5 Stars…I’m giving 10! Exceptional experience sums it up! Here’s ‘MY’ story: I called the dealership and spoke to Chris, on the phone, about a specific car I was interested in. He took all of my information within 15 minutes. Due to my specific circumstances he called me back within an hour or so and offered me several options for purchase and lease, as well as, what he could give me for my trade-in. I knew he had the deal as he was talking to me; however, I just needed to decide which option worked best for me. Chris and I spoke again to confirm my selection and during that short time he was having the car all prepped for me. Due to my specific circumstances he even offered to have someone pick me up and my current trade-in vehicle. I waited until the next day to square away a few details on my side and came in with family. I found out it was Chris’ day off but he didn’t mind coming in and completing the transaction for me. When I came in the car was shining, ready to go and it was absolutely gorgeous. This is one happy Jersey girl! More

I mentioned Chad Sheetz because after the sale I always work with him for my service appointments or for any questions I may have about my vehicle. He is very knowledgeable always has a answer or will get it and Chad also is courteous, friendly and professional in every way he conducts himself. This team makes me want to come back. My sales representative Chris Messina always keeps in touch after the sale whether it be birthday wishes or just seeing if my vehicle is running ok. The team worked very hard to get us the vehicle we wanted, for a good price, and most importantly they ensured we were completely satisfied with our entire experience. They displayed a commitment to customer service that is rarely seen today; to say they went above and beyond the norm is an understatement at best. Chris did explain the variety of options of programs available to us, and based on his advice and concern, we feel that we obtained the best rates available. I have now purchased 4 vehicles from Ditschman Ford. The dealership is friendly, courteous and fair in their dealings with their customers. They take the time to deliver the car in a way that you know what the car is capable of when you leave the dealership. Chris Messina and Jim O'Brien are the best. They do what they say they will do and if anything changes they let you know promptly. I would not consider purchasing a Ford vehicle anywhere else. The dealership also provides excellent service as well. Overall this dealership ranks with the very best that I have dealt with and I have owned most of the luxury Marques over the past 30 years. My most recent purchase is a 2014 Taurus SHO. Love the car and the buying experience. Got a great deal and looking forward to my next Mustang. More
Walked in and wanted to see what was available on the lot for the Escape. Tom should be and my decision was on 2. Went home talk to my husband and decided on the blue one. Found another on Long Island, but even better was they called the other dealership on my behalf and they agreed to take another from the lot. So I got the car I wanted! Tom went 1 step further on my behalf. Thursday came in with 2 girls (age 7 and 8) they did not care. The agency is a family care car . Drove my new car home, love it so far. More
