Super smooth transaction. Mark is great. We knew exactly the car we wanted - 2014 Escape SE AWD 2.0L turbo. I talked to a half dozen other dealers - all but one gave me the runaround. Got really lo exactly the car we wanted - 2014 Escape SE AWD 2.0L turbo. I talked to a half dozen other dealers - all but one gave me the runaround. Got really low prices until I asked them to put their quotes in writing - "Oh you want the 2.0. That's going to be XXXX more." Turns out they were just trying to get me into the dealership. The one dealer who did deal fairly was simply too expensive. Then I called Ditschman after reading about them on Dealerrater. Mark (Internet Sales) gave me the lowest price off the bat (which was right at my target) without any hassle. I had done my homework and Mark simply did his best to meet what I wanted.
