We went car shopping just to see what was out there. We were considering a new vehicle in the Spring. We were impressed with the Dealership and Tiana. They were friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating to my children. Tiana was able to answer all of our questions on the vehicle, where as, the salesperson from the last Ford Dealership was not. Tiana was professional and patient with us. She was extremely busy with other customers, but still gave us the time and information we needed to make us happy. Chris also made the paperwork easy and not tedious. He has a good sense of humor and was very easy going.
