Very bad service My wife took her 2002 Ford Escape in for the left side wheel bearing to be changed. After having the vehicle all day, she went to pick up the car and My wife took her 2002 Ford Escape in for the left side wheel bearing to be changed. After having the vehicle all day, she went to pick up the car and they told her it wasn't ready. After 45 minutes she saw it go down the road for a test drive. After another 45 minutes, they said the car was ready. She left the dealership and heard the same noise as before. She brought the car home and after reading the invoice, they changed the right side. After calling the next morning, Todd Baty told me, well the right side was bad also. I told him that they changed the wrong side. I asked to talk to his supervisor, and of coarse he was unavailable. After an hour to return my call, Bob Hoffman agreed to change the left side at no charge. We will never go back to this dealership for service or sales ever again. More

Less anxiety Had an issue that was noticed during an oil change I was getting at another location. It was thought to be a transmission leak. They found it was not that but a small power steeering hose leak, which is a much smaller issue. They scheduled me for an appointment later in the week and even cleaned up the messy way the other place left my uderside while doing the oil change. More
