I wish to thank him and Jerry Sheehan who also went out of his way to make us feel very welcome and along with Mr. Lawler, explain everything we needed to know, great guy. Even other sales-people went out of their way to chat and be very friendly. Another great service they provide is taking care of everything: from registrations, calling my insurance company and even removing the plates from my old car (they even provide shuttle service to the outlets while you wait). I returned a Toyota (a Honda the last lease) who's lease is due in July and the whole process couldn't have been easier. Another thank you goes out to the service staff who were there late because we got there late, prepping the new car and to Jeff Cramer who made the paper-filling-out process extremely pleasant. This type of high-quality service is not offered anywhere in Staten Island (where we live) and I will be back and tell everyone I know who is looking for a car, to go there first....Oh, and the new Focus hatchback is a terrific car! My service advisor, Todd, (who is the nicest person!) helped me and I was introduced to Adam, a VIP advisor, on the Sales Floor, He was very kind and introduced me to David Hill, a Sales Consultant. All three couldn't have been nicer! I test drove an Edge and an Escape. I liked the Edge. I was not in a position to buy a new car, and we discussed the lease option. When I saw the prices, I knew that was for me. The whole experience was pleasant and I felt cared for. I am thrilled with my new car and so thankful for the considerate treatment I received throughout the process. Jeff was also as nice as could be.
