Bryann contacted me by phone and asked me to come to come down so they could take a look at my trade. When I arrived I was greeted by Joe and from the moment he opened the door for me it was an easy streamlined process. Bryann had passed along my information and had already spoken with the manager, and Joe took me to see the Altima I was interested in purchasing. I had my 3 year old and 5 year old daughters with me so I was not going to waste time haggling. They knew my bottom line and matched it. No back and forth, they gave me a fair amount for my trade and got the price where it needed to be the 1st time. Love, love, love Joe-- he was awesome throughout the whole process! Beth made the paperwork easy. I have never been a big fan of the push on extended add on warranty's, but I did purchase the wrap around coverage (despite my husband's dismay). Quick and painless! I first submitted my inquiry online and was immediately contacted by Bryann Moninghoff. After taking the vehicle I was interested for a test drive, David and I were able to work out a deal that was fair for the both of us. David was very informative and knowledgeable.
