Without pressuring, Joe took the time to explain the process and answered all my questions. Additionally, his time was dedicated to me and was not shared or juggled with any other clients. He received a telephone call from a previous client and he very politely explained that he was serving a client and scheduled a call back. Very impressive. I was never offered free oil changes from any dealership that i have previously dealt with. And those purchases were all brand new cars. This is my first experience buying a certified car and quite impressed that the dealership offered me three free oil changes. That is really nice and appreciated. Joe made this first experience pleasant and thank you. Also spoke to Bryann via internet and my experience with her was quite nice as well. Beth finalized my paperwork and was quite courteous and friendly. Since i live in the Poconos, Beth offered to meet me halfway and take my car in for servicing. Another first experience which is very nice since that is not a job requirement. My only off the side comment is to say cut down the process time for completing the sale. More
