That said, purchasing my new F250 with Kevin Crowley was fantastic. We negotiated over the phone, we had to deal with trading in two cars, and I only wanted to make one trip to the dealer. Kevin was the consummate professional, both experienced and honest, throughout the entire process. I was in and out of the dealership in under two hours, driving away in an awesome F250 Laredo that I could not be happier driving. Jack was the best of a customer service manager and was willing to go beyond norms and offered to pick my car up from home, and then return it to me. Turns out this wasn't needed, and Scott took a look at my problem and found an unused setting in the screen menu for my 11-speaker audio system called "Occupancy Mode". Scott set it to the corrrect value, and the rear speakers fired up as expected. More
