I got an excellent car with low miles, the interior looks BRAND NEW and the outside as well. I was treated as if I was buying a brand new car. Some dealerships treat people whom are getting used cars like 2nd class citizens & will sell you anything without caring about the future with the car once you leave their lot. I really like the new look of the Explorer and was interested in looking to see if it was a good option for my growing family. I was a bit nervous, expecting a traditional "high pressure" car buying experience. I shopped a lot online and called a few dealerships. I can't speak for the entire dealership but I can say my experience with David Foss and Ali Schulman could not have been further from what I expected. They were great to work with and were willing to let me take as much time as I needed (what ended up being a couple of months) to make my final decision. The were very responsive to my many emails and calls. I work in NYC and my availability to come into the dealership was limited. When I was able to come in, they allowed me to drive different versions of the explorer while never pressing me to buy a car on the spot. We love our Explorer and I'd highly recommend David and Ali to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle from Ford. More
