I contacted them by computer and they were on the phone with me in less than 5 minutes. I explained what I was looking for and they called me back within an hour and we made the deal. This was on Saturday and I couldn't make it in before Monday. I came to pick up the Certified Lincoln Navigator on Monday at 9;30 and I was on the road with my Navigator by 11:00. Last two Cadillacs I bought I was in the dealer for 5 and 6 hours. These people were a real pleasure to deal with and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car.
