Explorer needed heater repair My Explorer needed an approximate 2 hour repair. Todd Baty advised me it would be longer due to the dash needed to be removed. I was given a loaner ca My Explorer needed an approximate 2 hour repair. Todd Baty advised me it would be longer due to the dash needed to be removed. I was given a loaner car so I would not be tied up for the day. The repair was done by the end of the day and I returned the loaner car and retrieved my now fixed vehicle. I highly recommend Todd. Friendly, knowledgeable, and will work with you if an unforeseen problem crops up. More

NEVER WILL I PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN I puchased a 2013 certified pre owned ford fusion about two years ago. From the moment I left the dealership I experienced one issue after another. Th I puchased a 2013 certified pre owned ford fusion about two years ago. From the moment I left the dealership I experienced one issue after another. The car needed new brakes and tires within a month of purchase. The car had a terrible coolant leak twice causing it to overheat leaving myself a young female standing on the side of 206 filling it with coolant I purchased from shop rite to fill it up just so I could make it to the dealership. The car also had TWO oil leaks and the power steering assist fault came on twice which was a recall on the car that I had already taken care of. In total in a year time frame my car was at flemington ford over eight times for multiple days each time. I missed days of work and was left without any means of transportation because I was not 21 yet and was unable to recieve a loaner car or get an eneterprise vehicle. The lack of empathy from the staff at Flemington Ford was unbelieveable. If they stopped for a minute and saw myself as a person instead of there paycheck my experince with them would have been a wrold of a differnce and I wouldnnt be writing this review, unfortunately that was not the case. If you are a young female looking to purchase a new car and not be taken advantage of I highly suggest you go elsewhere. My family has been purchasing and swearing by fords from this dealership for over 20 years, but after this terrible experience Flemington Ford has lost all of our business. To be fair there was one employee who exceeded my expectations and that was Beth Delaney in the finance department. She really worked with me and treated me like I was one of her family members. Without her I would not have a single positive thing to say about this dealership. When I finally had enough of my Fusion breaking down and missing days of work, I went to Ford to give themselves a chance to redeem themselves and help me trade in my car. The salesman said "trading in your car would be a lot of work" and "can you come back another time". He was in the middle of selling a truck and that was more important then helping me get a safe and reliable car. This was my first car buying experience and it couldn't have gone any worse then it did. I truly hope the staff at Flemington Ford can change there mindset with future customer, and look at them as human beings who want to be safe rather then just a big dollar sign. Its truly ashame i know it was not always this way and I hope for there sake and the businesses sake that the work ethic improves. The light at the end of the tunnel for myslef was wising up and going to a different dealership who not only made it Super easy to trade in my car but also treated me like family. More

I got the lease I wanted, at a phenomenal price, with the help of Lauren Kirschner, Jim O'Brien and Tony Kwak. I truly felt that they were a team whose only goal was to see us happy! My trade-in price far exceeded my expectation, as did the ease and speed at which we were able to leave with a vehicle that was even better in quality and price that I thought was possible. This is the second time we have used Ditschman (and were lucky enough to have David Hill as our salesperson again!) in 2 years. We live in PA and had terrible experiences at the dealerships in PA so we took a chance at driving across the bridge from New Hope and it was the best thing we ever did. We will only buy from Ditschman in the future as they clearly value loyal customers! More
