I traveled over 100 miles to purchase my Mustang and Shawn Howe made the experience great. He was not pushy and provided all the information about extended warranty for me to look over. When I picked up my Mustang, he went over all the different functions of the car and spent the time to explain everything. I had an issue with the new tires that were installed at Ditschman, but Shawn quickly addressed it in a timely manner. Great dealership, great sale rep ,Shawn Howe, equals great experience. On a side note, they send you delicious chocolate chip cookies as a thank you,(delcious). More
