Flemington is not the least expensive dealer around. In fact, they are often in the top third of pricing. If you're going to shop on price alone then this is not the dealership for you. However, if you are willing to pay a bit of a premium price for a reputable full service professional dealership then I recommend Flemington. Unlike other dealers we shopped at, Flemington made us feel that they wanted our business even though they would not match the lowest price we found on a comparable vehicle. That is why we went with Flemington in the end. More

Great Experience from Start to Finish. I was set on finding an F150 Regular Cab, 5.0 XLT with as many options as possible and stay within my budget. I expanded my search from 500mi radius o I was set on finding an F150 Regular Cab, 5.0 XLT with as many options as possible and stay within my budget. I expanded my search from 500mi radius of Kansas City to nation wide. Found three that met my criteria. I liked the Ditschman truck very low miles lots of options the others were brand new with fewer options and a few dollars more. Since the Ditschman truck only had 650 miles on it I made an offer on the internet. About 15 minutes later Bryann Moninghoff advised they accepted my offer no counter no nonsense. I worked with Bryann and Chris Tommins that Thursday June 29th to be in New Jersey Saturday afternoon July 1st. I flew into Philadelphia and Dan from the Ditschman picked me up at the airport and got me back to Flemington in good time. As the paperwork and details were being worked out with Chris and Dennis O'Brien [which went seamlessly], Bryann and Sales Manager Pete Chicarelli introduced themselves. They were a pleasure to meet. I drove off the lot in my new truck feeling like I got a GREAT DEAL, treated like a valued customer and wishing I lived in New Jersey if the whole state was like my Ditschman Ford experience. Chris Timmons has a bright future in the business as demonstrated by his customer service skills. It was happenstance I ended up buying a truck at Ditschman/Flemington Ford but couldn't imagine a better transaction. THANKS to all mentioned above. A Great Choice We all know that buying a car can be stressful. Which car should I buy? What are the real differences, outside of look, between this car and that ca We all know that buying a car can be stressful. Which car should I buy? What are the real differences, outside of look, between this car and that car? How is the financing of a vehicle going to affect my budget? My wife, Cathy, was in the market for a new convertible. We visited A LOT of dealerships and test drove a number of cars before deciding on the Mustang and on Ditschman\Flemington Ford. We've also bought probably 11 or 12 other new cars in the past. Cathy and I are in agreement that our first experience with Ditschman was the best so far. Mark Schmaling, our sales person, was patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. He listened to what we said and addressed each and every concern we had. It was truly a "no pressure" experience and an experience we walked away from comfortable in our decision. Mark knows this vehicle well.... a healthy departure from some of our prior car buying experiences. Because of Mark's efforts, we drove away in Cathy's new Mustang last weekend, knowing the vehicle well, as well. Thank you, Mark! Chris Callahan helped us out on the financing part of the deal. As a Steelers fan it pains me to say that Chris, a Patriots fan, did right by us. He was able to get us a very fair deal on financing terms and made us feel comfortable with it. Additionally, many of us who have financed vehicles know that it's not just the sales person who might be trying to sell you something. That finance guy will also try to sell you on ancillary things, like extended warranties and interior\exterior protection products. As with Mark, Chris used a "no pressure" approach; these products are right for some people and not right for others. Chris understands this and lets you make the judgement based on your needs. Thank you, Chris! It is my humble opinion that both Mark and Chris, (and, by extension, Ditschman\Flemington Ford)understand that the way to sales success is a marathon and not a sprint. Selling someone something now that you know they will likely regret in a week or a year will put you out of business soon enough. Sales organizations MUST have repeat customers. Because of the outstanding way we were treated, and because a lot of the stress was removed by Mark and Chris, Ditschman can count Cathy and me among their repeat customers when we are in the market for a Ford or Lincoln in the future.
