This was his first vehicle and he was very excited , he has always wanted a Jeep since he was very young. We decided to go to Flemington Car and Truck Country's used vehicle lot since we seen they had a few Jeep Wranglers in stock. Also because we had several family members and one friend that were happy with thier vehicle purchases there and the way they were treated. We arrived and met Mr. Joe Valenti , Joe was very pleasant and accommodating. He understood we wanted our son to be safe and what our budget was. We looked at a used Wrangler Shahara in very good condition for it's year and milage. After making deal on what was a fair price which also included 3 service visits we picked the Vehicle up the next day. We met Mr. Chris Callahan the business manager the next day when we arrived for delivery. Chris was also very pleasant and easy to deal with and answered all our remaining questions. We highly recommend Flemington Car and Truck Country for new or used vehicle purchases. Patient and helpful with my special order I had been interested in purchasing a Ford F-150 Raptor, and finally decided to look into it while at Ditschman for a "Drive a Ford" fundraiser for th I had been interested in purchasing a Ford F-150 Raptor, and finally decided to look into it while at Ditschman for a "Drive a Ford" fundraiser for the HCRHS marching band in the summer of 2016. I spoke with Chris Messina, who informed me that these are all special order vehicles for which dealers earn a specific small allotment and that Ditschman had only one slot left. By the time I decided to get serious about ordering just two weeks later that vehicle had been reserved by someone else. By March of 2017 I had learned that Ford was replacing the iron block 6.2 L engine in the Raptors with an aluminum 3.5 L twin turbo unit which made more horsepower with better fuel economy. Again I contacted Chris, who connected me with Mark Schmaling as apparently he is the associate who handles the Raptor orders. Mark further explained that these vehicles are scheduled for production on a quarterly basis and that their first two such allotments were gone, but we COULD fill out a spec order in case further production was scheduled for the 2017 model year. Mark filled out a detailed order to my specifications, explaining available options without trying to "up-sell" anything. Not feeling confident about the chance of securing a late production unit and still mulling other options I never had Mark submit the order. By September 2017 I had make up my mind to order the vehicle, so Mark met with me again to complete an order for a 2018 model. We went through the new order item by item, with Mark explaining different versions of options I wanted such as bed liner, tonneau cover, bed extender, etc. He didn't try to steer me in particular directions, but rather explained the pros and cons of each version based on his experience with what he has sold in the past. So the final order was placed in September of last year and the truck was delivered in January 2018. Clearly Chris and Mark spent much more time with me compared to that necessary for someone interested in purchasing a vehicle from inventory, I appreciate their patience in going through the order process with me, in my case more than once! My opinion of the special order sales experience at Ditschman is that everything is handled in an extremely professional manner. More

He followed through on everything he promised from the first signature until I picked up my truck. He had everything nicely organized for me, walked me through the whole process, and answered any of my questions. Overall I had a great experience! The dealership even had the vehicle priced fairly and I respect that. They compare their price to Kelley Blue Book for you.
