Chris Tommins welcomed me, answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable, and provided NO pressure to me. What he did not know immediately (very detailed specific information on the vehicle) he found the information promptly and provided it to me. In short order we were texting like a couple of friends and we wrapped up the purchase the next morning. At "closing" I was introduced to Kelly Horvath, the Business Manager. She took the time to explain everything to me, made me feel like there were no silly questions and also caused me no pressure or stress (and as another bonus to me, I believe I even met her father at the shop-US Marine!).. As an older fellow, Chris took the time to not only explain but get me "synched- in" with the technology of the vehicle. Its been a week now- Love the Jeep and would recommend this group to my closest friends. My new "service" place as I keep the jeep running more many years to come. I put a hold on the truck by e-mail and the next morning received a call from the dealership and made an appointment to see the truck.
