We explained to Dave our wants, needs, and intentions and he went above and beyond to show us a 2020 Explorer from the new vehicle lot, which we fell in love with. Dave then went above and beyond again to find us the exact vehicle that we wanted and kept us in the loop with multiple calls and messages a day for over a week until he located a vehicle that checked all the boxes. Dave was the reason that we purchased the Explorer over the jeep because of how well he treated us and how poorly our experience was at the jeep dealership. Denis was also great to work with and made all of the paperwork quick and easy.
