I brought our 203 Lincoln Aviator in for a check engine light, my local mechanic and inspection station in New Hope was unable to diagnose the reason for the check engine light. They suggested I bring it t light, my local mechanic and inspection station in New Hope was unable to diagnose the reason for the check engine light. They suggested I bring it to a dealer since their diagnostic equipment is much more geared for Ford vehicles . I have a nephew that is a service tech at Mendham Ford in Mendham but I decided to bring the car to you as it is much closer.. We purchased the Aviator new in 03 and have driven over 240,000 miles with hardly ever a problem. Thanks to Mike DiTondo and the service tech for their effort in finding a blown fuse. At this point they could have said it’s all fixed but they were set on trying to figure out why the fuse blew. After several attempts they did not come up with a definite reason but a car with that kind of high miles and age plays a big part. I’m satisfied that the car passed inspection and I can get another year out of it. Thanks again to Mike and your team. Dale Monetti More
