FIRST AND MOST IMPORTANT is the service team. I have been a Flemington Ford customer early 90's. The service has always been top of the line. My latest experience was on 10/5 when I had a tire replace. On 11 a Flemington Ford customer early 90's. The service has always been top of the line. My latest experience was on 10/5 when I had a tire replace. On 11/8 the low tire pressure alarm went off, it showed the replaced tire was low on air. After checking the tire I found a screw in the tire. Put air in the tire and drove to Flemington Ford. The tire could not be repaired due to the location of the screw. This is a new tire less then 3 days old. I was looking at a cost of $262.00 again, Anthony came over and said the tire would be covered under the new tire warranty. GOOD news. On 11/11 same tire, low air pressure, put air in the tire and drove to Flemington Ford. Chad Sheetz checked me in told him my sad story, he said he will take care of it. It was a defective valve. The valve was replaced with no charge. You can not ask for a better understand and helpful service staff. Thank You FLEMINGTON FORD SERVICE STAFF. More
