I met Ray Wesley about 4 months back when I first thought of trading in my edge for a new one but then decided to wait as I wanted an edge with the bliss package. I went back and drove 2 used ones then a new one cane in and my husband wanted me to look at that as was not a huge price difference and color I wanted. Ray was great and patient saying he wanted me to get what was best for me. I then drive the new one and didn’t like it. I called Ray and asked him to do his best on the 2019 abs he said we will do right by you. Also I’m not an easy customer as I hate buying cars abs refuse to sit there forever. Ray was patient and helped me with whatever I asked and explained everything. It was by far likely the best car buying experience I’ve had to date. I told him I hated buying cars and he was great throughout. I would recommend Ray to anyone buying a car. I cannot say enough about this experience. My husband saw cars at other dealerships but after talking with Ray the first time I told him I’d wait until there was a car for us on his lot. More
