I started on the internet with Patti Smith, internet sales manager. She gave me a quote for a left over 2011 Chrysler 300C and a new 2012 Chrysler 300C to compare. They quickly came back with a price close to what I was looking for and we made the deal. They also gave me good value for my trade in. The same afternoon they had the 2011C detailed and I drove my new car home.
